equipment and anywhere a rugged industrial coating is needed.
LIMITATIONS: Surface temperature should
be a minimum of 5 degrees above dew point. Protect uncured EPoxy
coating from moisture, rain, running water until the coating
is completely dry.

RECOMMENDED DRY FILM: 5.0 mils dry is
320 square feet per Gallon. Material losses during the mixing
and application will vary and must be taken into consideration.
Expect less coverage on bare, rough or sandblasted surfaces.
AVERAGE DRY TIME: 25 degrees C: Dries
to touch in 4 hours. Lower temperatures & higher humidity
will slow down dry times

RESISTANCE TO: Chemical Resistance,
Abrasion, UV, Water, Oils, Grease
RECOMMENDED PRIMER: Self priming
APPLICATION: Brush, Spray, Roller or
Squeegee
ROLL: short nap mohair metal, lambskin,
phenolic core roller. Keep roller wet. Roll in one direction,
re-wet, then cross roll.
SPRAY: Airless Spray. A single coat
built up with a number of quick passes allows greater control
over quantities, thickness and finish.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Remove all loose
paint, dirt, oils and grease.
POT LIFE 1 hours at 25 degrees C.
SHELF LIFE: 1 year
MIXING: Mechanically mix for 10 minutes
both part A & Part B individually, and then mechanically
mix 10 minutes the combined volumes. Mix only what you expect
to use in an 1 hour period.
PACKAGE: 2 Gallon pails, 5 gallon pails.
CLEAN UP: Airless equipment per manufacture
recommendations.
